Hard Skills and Soft Skills are Key Skills  for any organization.  These skills compliment each other.

Soft skills are needed to take those with “High End – Hard Skills” to another level. Both are needed for success.

These days Recruitment Teams have a difficult task, as resumes are loaded with “hard skills” as applicants often display a lack of Soft skills and knowledge of the business world.  

The overeager and ready-for-work attitudes have come under scrutiny in the past few years. This behavior could be attributed to the perception that hard skills are more important than soft skills in the business world.
