Training Assessments

Various assessments need to be carried out within an organization. Starting from New Hires to Existing Employees. Assessments play an important role.

Training Needs Analysis (TNA): It is standard practice to conduct TNA  for New Hires in the corporate space unless otherwise mentioned.

Educational Space:  Assessments can be carried out in the Educational Space for Graduate Students to assess their competencies while preparing them for the corporate environment.

Continuous Professional Assessment is needed for Continuous Professional Development.
